Requests to use Parish facilities must be made a minimum of one month in advance of the desired date & time so that staff can plan accordingly. A staff member will be on the premises in case of an emergency. Meetings/events cannot be scheduled when the church is in use for Mass or other Liturgies.

All groups using parish facilities are expected to follow the protocols set forth by Fr. Kevin using the guidelines given to us by the Diocese.

-Parish Groups that need copies made for their meetings should submit a paper or digital copy to the Office at least 24 hours before the meeting, with the number of copies needed. For groups meeting on the weekend- deadline for submitting copy requests is 12pm Thursday.
